Founder : Saif Ali

Saif Ali, is the founder and community engagement facilitator at Integr8 UK. Inspired by his 18-year journey of seeking asylum, Saif founded Integr8 UK in 2015 right after receiving his leave to remain.

During those 18 years, Saif’s journey shifted from seeking asylum to seeking purpose and that made him perceive the adversity of displacement differently, where he found that some aspects of this harrowing experience could be gifts in disguise. This realisation shaped his current life mission and work under Integr8 UK, where he helps refugees and asylum seekers turn the adversity of their displacement experience into a birthplace for a re-found authenticity and purpose.

With his work, Saif aims to create unique opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers to help them integrate into their host community and enable them to uncover their true potential and unique gifts to start leading a meaningful life and work experience in the UK, beyond the adversity of their journeys.

Saif is a visionary social entrepreneur, a qualified group facilitator and personal growth coach, artist, photographer and filmmaker. He studied at many leading institutes in social change like the School of Social Entrepreneurs, Schumacher College, Embercombeand Ministry of Entrepreneurship. He is passionate about empowering people to uncover and bring to life the gifts they were born to share with the world. Learn more about Saif’s professional background and qualifications here.
